Tonia (tone-ya) Pinheiro is a multi-talented group facilitator, trainer, musician, performer, and sound and energy healer. She is a conglomerate of cultural and spiritual legacies and traditions so almost everything she does has many facets. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts as Toni Maria Teresa Range and lives in the Boston area. Her creative work is influenced by her Cherokee, African, East Indian, Irish, and German ancestors. She is a vehicle and vessel for the expression of her Soul’s lineage, and her Soul’s mission which placed her on the Ascension Path in her youth. In addition to the influences of her genetic lineage, she sometimes expresses the cultural and spiritual traditions of her soul lineage and other physical incarnations she has had in North Africa, the Middle East, Japan, Tibet, South America, and the South Pacific (to name a few). She has agreed to express all of who she is as a human and spiritual being in service to humanity and the planet, and invites you to join her.

Tonia Pinheiro is also President of The Wake Up! Company, a consulting and training firm she founded in 2003 to deliver successful, customer-valued services to executives, managers, professionals, employees, students and individuals who are committed to making positive change in their organizations and within themselves. She has a passion and talent for catalyzing shifts in perception and awareness. She supports those who want to explore, risk, and experiment with moving through resistance, making new choices, and taking actions in order to live and work in integrity with expressed values. Her practice of human resources and study of the human condition has spanned more than 35 years. She has held senior management positions throughout her career and has served on the board of directors in public, private, corporate, non-profit, and spiritual organizations.
